COCKTAIL RECIPES PERFECT FOR BRUNCH
There's nothing better than gathering family and friends for a relaxed boozy brunch! Whether you're out on the town or staying at home, you must try one of these drinks while indulging in a brunch beverage. MANMOSA
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Orange juice chilled
- 4 oz Beer - chilled
- Orange wheel optional garnish
How to make:
- Add the vodka to a champagne flute
- Next, add the orange juice
- Then top with beer
- Garnish with orange wheel and enjoy
PAINKILLER
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Dark rum
- 4 oz Pineapple juice
- 1 oz Orange juice
- 1 oz Creme De Coconut
- Nutmeg for garnish
How to make:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin filled with ice
- Shake until chilled
- Pour your drink into a double old-fashioned glass without straining
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
KIWI BELLINI
Ingredients:
- 3 Kiwis very ripe, peeled and quartered
- 1 Kiwi very ripe, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 bottle of Prosecco or Champagne
- 1 Small bunch fresh mint
How to make:
- Place 3 of the kiwi, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- Add 2 tbsp of the puree to each glass and fill with cold prosecco.
- Top with a slice of kiwi and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately.
BREAKFAST MARTINI
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Orange liqueur
- 3/4 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp Orange marmalade
- Lemon wheel
How to make:
- Add the gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and marmalade to a shaker
- Add ice
- Shake it all up
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
IRISH COFFEE
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- 6 oz Fresh brewed coffee
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
How to make:
- In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream and the powdered sugar and beat with a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside
- Fill a large glass mug with hot water, let it sit for a few minutes and pour it out
- Pour in the coffee add the granulated and brown sugars, and stir until the sugars have dissolved
- Add in the Irish Whiskey
- Spoon the softly whipped cream on top of the coffee
- Feel free to dust with cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or nutmeg.
